Introduction

Hello everyone. This is my first time writing a blog so please bare with me. To tell you a little about myself; My name is Rachel. I am a teacher, beachbody coach, and inspiring to be a Turbo Kick instructor. I love life and try to make every moment fun. 

I wanted to create a blog to provide inspiration for people who are struggling with their weight or body self image. I will be making a post at least two times a week. Enjoy!
